Halluc II is a robot that thinks it's a tank and a cockroach. A product of Leading Edge Development and the fuRo center of Chiba Institute of Design, the 'bot can move in six mysterious ways, including going forward, sideways, up steps and slopes - and if you ask nicely, it'll spin around. Weighing 44 pounds and at 31 inches long, the eight-legged/wheeled beast fuses robot and automobile technology and works off a Linux OS. Check its fancy footwork in the video after the jump.

"Who is responsible for the identity theft?"
For the question under the current laws, who is for the identity theft? For me the responsible for that is the credit card holder because if there is a case like this that there are person who tried to get your password account or the company sent you an email that they want to get your number or the password of your SSS and other savings account, Instead you believe them you first have to clarify the company who sent you an Email and you question them that we are not victim to the disguise person or the thieves who want your money.
And for the case like this you have to change your behavior or the consumers behavior to avoid to be a victim of the thieves or the cheater. The appropriate punishment for the identity theft will be 10 years inpreson and if they will free to the jai, Ill ask and I will pay the DDS to kill him so that he will not victim again to the other people. The International nature of the internet, The thieves to be handled is to locate him and that will and that will him to be inpreson. I can advise the card holder will be, be careful and be responsible to your number and to your password in your account so that you will not be a victim to the identity thieves.
